Yes, be your own boss or at least some of the time (to start anyways).  I came across this article over at GetRichSlowly.com the other day and really thought it made some good points about starting your own business.  What I liked about this article is that is discusses the benefit of opening a business on the side even if you don’t plan on leaving your job currently.  We often think of starting a business and as a result leaving our current job in order to do so.  This story points the important point that starting your own business can be done in addition to your current place of employment and not always as a replacement.
