evernote 5 Great Reasons Why I Love Evernote Evernote is easily one of my all time favorite applications to come around in the past decade.  Let me start though by saying Evernote has no affiliate program, and I don’t get a single cent for praising this product.  This is simply based on the great experience (like so many others) that I have had so far with the application.  If you’re looking for a tool to help you get organized, be more productive, and have access to your information 24/7, well then keep reading because I’ve got the answer for you along with 5 great reasons why I love Evernote.

Information Under Control:

If you’re like (the old) me, you probably have 10+ browser windows or tabs open at any given time throughout your day with information you are planning to utilize in some fashion down the road.  Not only would I have windows open, but I would have emails, txt files, and other forms of data scattered in folders and different places online for a variety of reasons.  No more!  I can now save information on the go, make notes on just about anything, organize 500 different ways from Sunday, and access it all from anywhere (preferably my iphone).  Here now are my top 5 reasons on why I love Evernote (in no order):

  1. Notebooks: You can organize all the information you save from web pages and notes you write in virtual easy to access notebooks.
  2. Search: Easily tag notes and other documents for searches later on.  Evernote also allows you to search text within a saved image!
  3. Integration: Browser plug-ins make it a breeze to add information to your Evernote account.   Mobile phone apps then make it easy to access from anywhere in the world!
  4. Organization: Create to-do lists and share stored files with anyone.  Evernote automatically keeps your account in sync.
  5. Compatibility: The desktop version along with HTML export assures you will always have access to all your information even if Evernote disappears one day.

This tool has been a lifesaver for me in so many ways when it comes to organization and information control (especially when trying to organize 3-4 different projects at once).  I’m curious to hear what you have to say now.  Take a moment to leave a comment and share your thoughts.
