Gary Vaynerchuk is a avid wine enthusiast with a popular blog and now also a book titled Crush It!: Why NOW Is the Time to Cash In on Your Passion.  Gary is a super passionate guy who continues to “crush it” both with his blog and his recently found new fame as a social media/entrepreneur motivational speaker of sorts.  Crush It! takes all of Gary’s passion and combines it with his thoughts about starting up your own small business based on his personal experiences.  The question though is does the book live up to it’s title and promise to the reader?  Keep reading to find out and for my complete review.  More »

Gary Vaynerchuk is an interesting recent high-profile entrepreneur.  Some people seem to love him while others find is in your face personality to be a little too intense.  Either way though, it doesn’t change the fact that Gary is a successful entrepreneur by any standard who was able to turn his parent’s small wine business into a multimillion dollar per year business.


As I discussed here a few weeks ago (The Entrepreneur Spotlight: Gary Vaynerchuk), Gary has since gone onto publish a book and become a motivational speaker for hopeful future entrepreneurs.  In the interview below, Vaynerchuk offers some good advice to anyone looking to start their own business and provides some insight into what he feels helped to make him such a success.

Gary Vaynerchuk (pronounced: vay * ner * chuk) is the founder of the popular website Wine Library and even more recently now has branched out into the area of motivational speaker endorsing the idea of following your true passions and interests in life. You might know him as the wine guy. Look for more on Gary Vaynerchuk in the near future in one of our upcoming entrepreneur spotlights.
