Kevin Rose of Digg recently did an interview with the WSJ about the upcoming launch of the new digg.com. Kevin Rose and his startup have become the poster child for successful internet entrepreneurship post 2004. While Digg continues to see success, the popular user driven news service has seen a decline over the past 2 years of new improvements and user traffic to the site. In an effort to get Digg moving forward again, Kevin and team have been working hard behind the scenes to launch a new Digg that promises to incorporate some major changes for the better. The interview gives some good insight into Kevin’s thought process as an entrepreneur and his plans for the new Digg.com. Check it out here:
Digg.com founder Kevin Rose continues to be one of my favorite young entrepreneurs to follow. I recently re-watched a interview that TechCrunch did with Kevin a few months ago and wanted to share it here for two reasons. The first being that Kevin reveals a lot of details about how he took Digg from a small website to an internet sensation and explains all the steps in order, which is great for anyone looking for a real life example from an entrepreneur who has made it. Second, it really helps to show that anyone with a good idea and some hard work can make their dreams come true to say the least!
Maybe it’s just me, but I think often times we tell ourselves that no matter what we do we’ll never get to that level of success. We often see that success as almost a whole different world that is out of reach! The fact is though while it’s never easy, it’s much more in reach than you might think. See for yourself!

Kevin Rose (digg) recently gave a very interesting presentation, which covered 10 ways to take your site from one to one million users. What I really like about this presentation is that Kevin gets down to the nitty gritty here with specific examples that anyone with their own site can take home and apply. I encourage anyone with their own site to take a look.
